Since we’re student-run, we understand what it’s like to have a student’s budget. This is why we keep registration at a low price of $30: the best deal you’ll get for any design conference. And hey! If you take part in the early-bird registration, the cost is only $25.

Design portfolio

We offer an annual Portfolio Review, hosted by our speakers and other local design professionals. Now’s your chance to get your work reviewed by contemporary designers before you begin the job search.

Business Cards

This isn’t all lectures: Thought at Work offers lots of opportunities to hang out and chill with professionals, as well as students from other design colleges. Feel free to bring anything you’d want to give or show to other designers.

Display Your Work

When you register for Thought at Work, there will be an option for you to submit student projects. Because this event is all about bringing students together, we’ll have an electronic slideshow on display which will showcase student work from anyone attending. This will be a great chance for you to see how other schools focus their curriculums and address design.

You will be able to attach files of any work you’re proud of, and we’ll happily include it in the slideshow. We accept entire portfolios as well as single projects. Your name and school (year level, major) will be shown alongside your work. Files will be accepted in PDF, jpeg, and png format.
